M-Club successfully managed essential roof repairs at the Newcastle site, involving works on a metal-clad roof. Access to the roof was provided via a scaffold access tower, with roof edge protection installed to ensure safe working at height.
Working closely with the roofing contractor, MClub carefully planned and coordinated the project to maintain the safety of members, guests, and staff while ensuring gym and spa operations continued without disruption. To control access and protect the public, Heras fencing was installed around the base of the scaffold, restricting entry to authorised personnel only.
Through effective communication, robust safety controls, and close contractor management, the project was completed safely and efficiently, with minimal impact on day-to-day business activities.
