A comprehensive scaffold access solution was designed and installed at Keele University to facilitate safe and efficient site operations. The project involved the erection of a four-lift scaffold incorporating a kicker lift, waste chute system, and secure fencing around skips with dedicated ladder access. Strict university compliance requirements were met through a detailed induction process and submission of all required documentation.

In 2026, SAS Scaffolding was appointed to design, supply, and install a comprehensive access solution for the Cocoa Yard re-roofing project in Nantwich. Working within a busy commercial courtyard near Pillory Street, the project required detailed planning, stakeholder coordination, and robust public safety measures to support roofing works while maintaining business operations and public access.

SAS Scaffolding was appointed by Refractory Engineering Services to provide a comprehensive scaffolding and access solution for the refurbishment of the Thermeco waste-to-energy plant at Clinitek (Malvern) LLP's healthcare waste incinerator facility in Worcestershire.

Since January 2026, we have been working in partnership with Taylor Wimpey on a major residential development in Mickleover, Derby. The project comprises the construction of over 350 housing plots and is scheduled as a five-year development programme. Our role is to provide comprehensive scaffolding solutions throughout all phases of construction, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant access systems that support the evolving demands of the site.

MClub successfully managed essential roof repairs at the Newcastle site, involving works on a metal-clad roof. Access to the roof was provided via a scaffold access tower, with roof edge protection installed to ensure safe working at height.
